To the families resulting from the union of Richard (Rick) and Karen (Kitty) Fancher...
Through the friendship shared to us, by this great man and fellow Kiwanian, "Rick" has made our relocation from our former home at Pawling, NY to now in Potsdam, NY so enjoyable and meaningful as "Rick" was in his own right, a fantastic historian when it came time to take those memorable boat outings on the St Lawrence River. Rick had lots of "wit" and at the same time was dead serious in his views and knowledge.
Nancy & I are proud to have known Rick for whatever short time we had with him. Surely his time and place on Earth with us and all those that he touched, shall not be forgotten, but the memories that he's left behind with us, shall go forth in the time we each have of ourselves, left upon this gracious Earth.
God Bless you Richard Fancher for your presence with us in our time frame and may the memories linger long in our hearts and minds...
"May you hold a Crispy Creme in one hand and a cup of Jo in the other..."

Ricky was so much like Aunt Ruth. As he traveled the US, he would stop to see all his cousins and family along the way. He loved his family so much and I hope you all pull together and embrace that love during this time.
