To the entire Hastings Family our deepest condolences on Glenn's passing. We knew Glenn to be a gentleman, a hard worker and a good friend. My days at ABS were better because he was a part of them. Helen and I offer our thoughts and prayers to you at this difficult time.

Glenn was my mentor at Wight & Patterson in the mid 50's. I was about 15 and
my father thought I could be of some help at the mill. He turned me over to Glenn
to teach me the basics and keep me out of trouble. He did both and I have never
forgotten his sincere guidance. Glenn worked all day lugging 100lb. feed bags,
milked cows morning an night, and hauled canned milk to the factory. He was
one rugged man. When the mill sold this spring I went to Morley to let him know.
He was the last co-worker who knew my father and grandfather. Rest in peace Glenn.

You don't know me, but Glenn and I were classmates at ATI back in 1942-3.
Please accept my condolences on the loss of your husband. After all these I still have fond memories of ATI and all my classmates. I believe our class started out with 19 -20 and wound up with only two graduating, due to the draft for the war.
I am a contributor to the Find-a-Grave site on-line and have made a memorial page for him. The obit didn't specify the cemetery, but I placed him in Oldsville cemetery at Pope Mills. If it is different, please advise me so I can make the change
