Chuck Duffy was a very dear friend to us when he was our SEIU rep at St. Regis Nursing Home in Massena. His kindness and patience were unsurpassed. It is over thirty-three years since we moved away from NY; we have remembered him fondly over the years. We send our condolences to his family; all of you are in our thoughts and prayers.
