Thomas Capers, 75, formerly of Baltimore, MD died on February 14, 2021 in California, where he had been a resident since retiring from military service.
Thomas is survived by his wife, Deborah Capers whom also resides in California, his sons and locally by Danielle LeRoux, of Hermon.
Graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm, Saturday, September 4, 2021 at the Hermon Cemetery with Lay Pastor John Frary, officiating. Below is a link to watch the service live via Zoom.
