Stephen Allan Solomon

Stephen Allan Solomon, 62, of Canton, NY passed away on October 3, 2011. He was born November 26, 1948 in Brooklyn, NY to Helen and Herbert Solomon.
Steve was a deep thinker, a humorist, and a lover of the natural world. He expressed a profound sense of the inherent beauty in all things, and could find humor and meaning all around him. Steve struggled in this lifetime, but he never stopped trying. He was always reaching out, facing fears, continuing to grow, and helping others where he could. He lives within each of us who remembers him...children Rainbow (and husband Joshua) Crabtree, Jonathan (and wife Terry) Solomon, and Neille Solomon, 4 grandchildren, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to Seaway House, 212 Caroline Street, Ogdensburg, NY 13669. This is the program of which Steve was a member and to which he attributed his recent happiness. A celebration of life party will be held Saturday, November 5th, 3-5pm, at the Yoga Loft, 107 ½ Main Street (above The Blackbird Café©), Canton.
