At this time, there will be no funeral or calling hours for Robert E. Ladison, 51, of Canton who passed away unexpectedly on March 2, 2016. Contributions in his memory may be made to the VFW Post 1231; 34 Gouverneur Street; Canton, NY or to the Canton Rescue Squad; 77 Riverside Dr; Canton, NY.
Robert was born, December 29, 1964 in Canton, the son of the late Elmer and Laura (Lindsley) Ladison. He graduated from Canton High School in 1984. Robert worked for Corning Incorporated; Canton. He was married to Julie Boston for 14 years.
Robert enjoyed camping, NASCAR and all his friends at the VFW Post 1231 where he did odd jobs around the post. He loved wood working and built many items for friends and famiy.
Robert is survived by a son, Cole Ladison of Canton; four sisters, Dawn (Dennis) Young of Madrid; Sharline (Deveron) Fregoe of MS; Lisa (Greg) Mitchell of Norfolk, CT and Laurie (Richard) Briere of Syracuse; by an aunt Rose Bush of Canton; by a brother-in-law Dick Cota and by several nieces and nephews.
Robert is predeceased by a sister, Doris Cota and by brothers, George, Lee Michael and Terry Ladison.
