Robert C. Kenny

He was born April 21, 1940 in Ogdensburg, NY the son of Clarence and Mildred Murray Kenny.
Robert Kenny graduated from Ogdensburg Free Academy in 1958.
He worked for several years at Alcoa in Massena retiring in 1994, after retirement he worked for Leberge and Curtis in Canton and also Gibson and Son in Canton. He entered the U.S. Air Force in 1959 serving until 1963.
He married Marilu LaPierre in St. Mary's Church in Canton on January 2, 1965 with Father Phalon officiating.
He is survived by 2 sons: Michael and Debra of Madrid and Bryan and Shannon of Morley.2 daughters: Kathleen and James Gibson of Canton and Patricia and Dermot McGrane of Niagra Falls.3 brothers: William and Karla of Waddington, Neil and Terry of Lisbon, Paul of Auburn.2 sisters: Blanche and Ron Woodcock of Baldwinsville and Linda and Roger Adams of Westport, also 11 grandchildren.
A brother Martin predeceased him in 1991.
He was a 45 year member of the Morley Fire Dept. , a 25 year club member of Alcoa in Massena, Eglin Air Force Base Reunion Club, he also enjoyed hunting, snowmobiling, repairing old engines and deer watching.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday morning at 10:00 A.M. at the O'Leary Funeral Home in Canton with Rev. Rob Schirmer officiating, burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Canton, friends may call at the O'Leary Funeral Home in Canton Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9. Donations may be made to Morley Fire and 1st responders and St. Lawrence Valley Hospice.
