Robert S. Clark

Robert Clark passed peacefully in his sleep on Sunday, May 12, 2013. He was born in Wisconsin and raised by H. Robert and Betty Clark. Rob grew up in California and recieved college degrees from California State University Northridge and Stony Brook University. He actively served each community he lived in, most recently volunteering in various capacities in the village of Poquott.
He led a successfull career in business management, established the private consulting firm Sound Management Practice, and taught Business courses at Stony Brook and elsewhere. Throughout his career, he was an active leader and teacher within the professional organization APICS, previously serving as it's president.
Rob's greatest joy was his family. He loved and served them unconditionally. He grew beautiful flower and vegetable gardenswhich provided beauty and healty food for the family. He loved landscaping, boating and fishing, walking on the beach and watching the sunset, making breakfast for the family, and sharing his love of these things with all.
Rob is survived by his wife, Vicky; their five daughters, Jennifer Bradshaw, Lori Clonts, Erin Wadington, Kelly Francom, and Robin Clonts; three siblings, Terrell, Virginia, and Steven Clark and their families; eleven grandchildren; Taylor, Cuyler, Colby, Sol, Charlotte, Lila, Blake, Emma, Olivia, Jacob and Amelia; two great-grandchildren; Alice and Oliver.
