Pamela J. (Delorme) Carrow

Pamela J. (Delorme) Carrow, 64, of Canton, died early Friday, October 25, 2024 at the Albany Medical Center, where she was in the company of family.

Pamela was born September 22, 1960 in Canton, a daughter of Edward "Red" and Audrey (Coffey) Delorme. She was graduated from Canton High School. Pamela loved being a mother and grandmother, and most of all spoiling the grandchildren. Pamela was a people person, enjoyed crafts of all kinds, crocheting, cooking, baking, bird watching and helping with most any project from building a porch to putting on a tin roof. More recently she had begun playing video games.

On April 26, 2004, Pamela married longtime companion Charles Carrow after moving back to the North Country. The couple spent several years in Abilene, Texas where Pamela worked at the State School and later was a manager for Dollar General at store in Abilene and Sweetwater, Texas.

In addition to her beloved Charles, Pamela is survived by a son Richard (Meghan) Delorme, a chosen son Matt (Maribel) Ashley, and bonus children Charles (Tracy) Carrow, Cynthia (Fred) Weaver and Crystal (Tim) Carrow-Green, by grandchildren Abigail, Klaire, Jackson, Macala, Gwen, Gage, Hali, Isaiah, Daunte, Skyler, Damien (Destiny), Shane, Keegan, Clarissa and Cole and by two great-grandchildren Isabella and Kinsley. Also surviving are four siblings Marsha Rogers, Michele Cronk, Roger Delorme and Dorcas Lottie as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Pamela was predeceased by her parents, Red and Audrey and by six siblings Rodney Delorme, Randy Delorme, Danette Hance, Richard Delorme, Eddie Delorme and Maryann Musson.

A funeral service for Pamela will be held on Wednesday, October 30, 2024 at 12:00 pm at the O'Leary Funeral Home, Canton. Calling hours will begin at 10:00 am until the time of the service.
