Funeral service for Nicole Marie Bailey, 29, of Colton, will be held on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at 2:00 PM at the O'Leary Funeral Home with Pastor Michael Terrell officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Mound Cemetery, Colton. Nicole passed away on Thursday, April 16, 2015 at the Fletcher-Allen Medical Center, Burlington.
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, from 11 AM until the time of the funeral service. Contributions in her memory may be made to the American Cancer Society.
Nicole is survived by her parents, Kevin and Tami Bailey of Colton, maternal grandparents, Kenneth and Ruth Wilson of Colton; her dogs, Rory and Jax and by several Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and friends too numerous to count.
She is predeceased by her paternal grandparents Gordon and Theresa Bailey.
Nicole was born, September 16, 1985 in Potsdam, the daughter of Kevin and Tami (Wilson) Bailey. She is a 2003 graduate of Colton-Pierrepont Central and SUNY Cobleskill. Nicole worked for the Seaway Valley Prevention Council and most recently for NUMED in Hopkinton as an accounting assistant.
Nicole enjoyed cooking and animals, she loved the seasons and decorating for the holidays and spending time with friends and family.
