Calling hours for Joshua Addington, 34, of North Carolina and formerly of Lisbon, will be held on Saturday, April 12, 2014 at the O'Leary Funeral Home, 5821 US Hwy 11; Canton from 12-2PM. There will be a gathering of friends on Sunday at the Morley Bingo Hall beginning at 12:00 PM. Joshua died on Tuesday, April 8, 2014 in North Carolina.
Josh was born February 24, 1980 in Utica, NY, the son of Michael and Cindy (Planty) Kelly. He graduated from Lisbon Central School in 1999. Joshua was a self-employed landscaper. He loved landscaping, basketball and was very athletic.
Josh is survived by his companion, Melissa McAlpine and her daughter Ariel; by his parents Michael and Cindy; by a brother, Chad Addington and wife Tabatha and their children, Gary, Jeremy, Jordan and Jasmine; by a sister, Terrah Jandreau of Canton and her children, Braedon, Breanna, Jocelyn and Avery. Josh is also survived by his grandmother Sandra Mattice of Ogdensburg, grandfather, Brice Planty and wife Sandy of Cortland, aunt Joanne Planty of Ogdensburg, uncles, David Planty of Massena and Scott Planty of Cortland and by great uncle, Randy Rafter of Ogdensburg.
