A Celebration of Life for George H. Ladison, 60, of Canton will be held on Saturday, October 26, 2013 at 1:00PM at the Pyrites Fire Hall. George died on Saturday, October 19, 2013 at the Upstate Medical Center, Syracuse.
George is survived by four children, George H. Ladison of Norwood; Andrew J. Ladison; Donna M. Smith and Christina E. Ladison, all of Canton and by nine grandchildren. Also surviving are two brothers, Robert E. Ladison and Terry D. Ladison both of Canton; five sisters, Doris E. Cota and husband Richard of Pyrites; Sharline M. Fregoe and husband Deveron of Perkins, MS; Dawn E. Young and husband Dennis of Madrid; Lisa A. Mitchell and husband Gregory of Norfolk, CT and Laurie L. Briere and husband Richard of Syracuse and several nieces and nephews.
George was born on May 6, 1953 in Canton, the son of the late Elmer Henry and Laura Lee (Lindsley) Ladison. He graduated from Canton High School in 1972. George was a certified electrician and a self-employed contractor. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and loved his children and grandchildren.
