Diana L. Bernett

Memorial service for Diana L. Bernett, 44, of Canton, will be held on Wednesday, September 3, 2008 at the United Methodist Church of Canton at 7:00pm with Rev. James Brand Officiating. Ms. Bernett passed away in the early morning hours of Monday, August 25, 2008 at the Adirondack Medical Center in Saranac Lake where she had been a patient for approximately a week.

There will be no calling hours. Contributions in her memory may be made to the American Heart Association.

Surviving Ms. Bernett are a daughter Brandi L. and fiancé© Jesse Davis of Canton; three sisters Barbara M. Bernett and Rich Pirolo of Wallingford, CT; Sheryl and husband John Campbell of West Stockholm; and Mary Lou Demorest of Lake Placid; 2 nieces and 3 nephews.

Born July 5, 1964 in New Haven, CT., daughter of the late Albert E. and Barbara (Spidle) Bernett. Mr. Bernett passed away on May 5, 2008 and Mrs. Bernett passed away on September 21, 2007. She attended Connecticut schools till 9th grade and later received her GED.

Ms. Bernett drove School bus for Rose Transportation and Laidlaw Bus Lines in New Branford, CT and later for Dattco Bus Company and for the Wallingford, CT. school district. She has been disabled for several years.
