Mr. Charles E. Powell, 66, of Canton passed away unexpectedly on Monday, May 22, 2017. There will be a graveside memorial service at a later date.
Surviving Charles are three sisters, Caroline Conklin of Chenango Bridge; Roxanne (David) Bigelow of DeKalb; and Debra (Rick) Johnston of Gouverneur.
A sister, Donna Peters predeceased him May 11, 2017.
