To the family,

My deepest condolences in the loss of your loved one. Losing someone you love dear is very difficult, but please know that God knows your pain and is there to comfort you through this difficult time. (Psalm 34:18) May you also cherish the loving memories you shared together as they too can bring you comfort.

I just saw Penny's obituary today. What a loss to everyone who loved her. I also worked at DSS and Penny and I often had lunch. She was a kind and thoughtful person who made a difference to many.

So very sorry to learn of Penny's passing. She will be remembered for her contributions to so many volunteer organizations, her willingness to go the extra mile in whatever she did, and, of course, her love for her St. Lawrence Hockey. May she rest in peace.

We rejoice at Penny's memory and good times as Canton Area Zonta Club President reaching out for scholarships, caring for the poor in the county, a dedicated and hard working Canton Committee and County Democrat in financial and election time helping at the polls, SLU hockey fan and booster par excellence. She was always with a smile and positive outlook with everyone.
We miss Penny and recall her life so well. Love - Brad and Marilyn Mintener

I knew Penny through working for the County and we had some good times together. She actually drove to Florida with me when I moved from Hermon NY to Leesburg Florida and was so glad for her company. My sympathy and prayers to her family.
