My deepest sympathies in the loss of your wife and Mother. She was a grand lady, always had a smile. AS hard and difficult as it is to say good bye and let go, just imagine the joy and happiness of those waiting for her that have gone before her as she joins them in our heavenly fathers garden.

My deepest sympathy I always was so excited when Sue invited me to come to the farm. Your Mom was a special lady.

Your mother was an inspiration to all women during her lifetime. I was privileged to interview both your Mom and Dad and learned so much about their lives and careers. Your mother was one of Lottie Southworth's (SLU professor and Library at SUNY Canton named in her honor) young girls from around the county that was able to obtain a college education at the "Aggie School" when the opportunity was not readily available to young farm girls. Esther and Bob razed ten amazing children and their will live on for generations to come. Sorry or your loss, but no one can take your Mom's memories away. Linda

My deepest sympathies to Bob Thompson and family. I have many fond memories of times spent at the Thompson farm. I credit Bob and Esther for introducing us to 4-H. I appreciate their involvement with the youth of our community as 4-H leaders of the Lisbon Lassies and Pine Grove clubs. 4-H was the best thing to happen to me in my youth. I especially appreciate the patience and kindness shown to me by Bob and Esther.

Dear Thompson family,
When I read where Mrs. Thompson passed away, my thoughts went back to my 4-H years with your family. It was a privilege to be a part of that club, but better yet it was great to have you as neighbors. I learned a lot during my 4-H years and count it as some of the best times and learning experience that helped me become who I am today. Two years ago I saw Mark and Carol @ our 40th High School Reunion. It was great to see them and think of the good times we shared in 4-H, Church, and school activities. Thanks again for speaking into my life.

An INDOOR GARDEN BASKET was ordered on July 28, 2017

Hello, my name is Rebecca. I am from the Potsdam area, and I wanted to say to the friends and family that I am very sorry for your loss. I also wanted to share a little word of encouragement.

There is a lovely scripture that always helped me through difficult times. It's found in Revelation 21:4. It specks of God's promise for the earth and everyone on it. It says, "And he [God] will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.”

Isn't that a beautiful promise? If you would like to learn more about God's future hope, please contact me at carbo96@icloud.com. Thank you for your time.

Mr. Thompson, and family;
My deepest sympathy for your loss. As a youngster, I always admired Mrs. Thompson. As an adult, I realized how important it was to be raised by a good mother. How blessed all of you kids are to have been loved, taught and nurtured by a real lady like your Mom. Hang on to the memories and find comfort in knowing your Mom is truly resting after a very long journey. My thoughts and love are with the entire Thompson family. Dawn & family
